Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were in need of some dusting and maintenance, but they did come with all the usual amenities like a flat-screen TV, a desk, a small refrigerator, a safe, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, magnifying mirror, and a hairdryer. The remodeled rooms had new TVs and furniture, including a table and chairs in a sitting area. However, the coffee provided was not up to par, being made in a drip machine with poor quality and weak coffee.
The hotel room was a lot smaller than it appeared on the website and really needed a complete update. The temperature in the room would go from hot to cold while I was asleep, which was awful. However, the service staff were very welcoming and helpful to me, and I appreciated the gluten-free food options. The location was not ideal as there were no restaurants close by, but the hotel had a water slide for the kids and a bar & restaurant. The dining experience was fantastic and was a great start to a Canadian trip. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel rooms were small but comfortable, albeit dated and in need of renovation. Basic amenities like coffee/tea making facilities, a mini fridge, ironing board, and iron were provided. The cleanliness was noticeable, although the overall appearance was not the best due to outdated furniture and paint. The location posed challenges in accessibility, particularly with a difficult-to-follow stairway.
The hotel rooms were a bit small but impressively clean and quiet, providing us with a peaceful stay. The service was a mix of uninterested and cheerful interactions, with some areas such as room service shining through. The location, while close to the airport, lacked nearby dining options and was challenging to access due to ongoing construction. The dining experience was decent but could have offered more variety. Overall, a good stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel is located far from downtown and is hard to access with all the ongoing construction. The rooms are outdated, unappealing, and poorly equipped. Despite this, the service was professional, and the dining experience, while pricey, was satisfactory. The facilities require improvement, especially in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.
